How to Measure Your Head
Use a soft measuring tape and measure in inches.
- Circumference
Measure around your hairline, starting from the forehead, around the ears, and back to the nape. - Front to Nape
Measure from the middle of your forehead straight back to the nape of your neck. - Ear to Ear (Across Forehead)
Measure from one ear to the other across your hairline. - Ear to Ear (Over Top)
Measure from one ear over the crown of your head to the other ear. - Temple to Temple
Measure from one temple to the other around the back of your head. - Nape of Neck
