Hair Care Instructions
Healthy hair starts with the right care routine. Follow these simple yet effective hair care instructions to keep your hair strong, shiny, and beautiful.
1. Washing Your Hair
- Wash your hair 2–3 times a week, depending on your hair type.
- Use a sulfate-free shampoo to avoid dryness and damage.
- Always dilute shampoo with a little water before applying.
- Massage gently with fingertips; avoid scratching the scalp.
- Rinse thoroughly to remove all product residue.
Tip: Over-washing can strip natural oils and make hair dry and frizzy.
2. Conditioning
- Apply conditioner after every wash, focusing on mid-lengths and ends.
- Avoid applying conditioner directly to the scalp.
- Leave conditioner on for 2–5 minutes for better absorption.
- Rinse with cool or lukewarm water to lock in moisture.
3. Deep Conditioning & Hair Masks
- Use a deep conditioning mask once a week.
- Choose masks according to your hair needs (hydration, repair, or volume).
- For extra nourishment, cover hair with a warm towel for 10–15 minutes.
4. Drying Your Hair
- Pat hair dry gently with a soft towel or cotton T-shirt.
- Avoid rubbing wet hair as it causes breakage.
- Let hair air-dry whenever possible.
- If using a blow dryer, use low heat and keep a safe distance.
5. Styling & Heat Protection
- Always apply a heat protectant before using heat tools.
- Avoid excessive use of straighteners, curlers, and dryers.
- Use wide-tooth combs, especially on wet hair.
- Do not tie hair too tightly to prevent breakage.
6. Oiling & Scalp Care
- Oil your hair 1–2 times a week using natural oils.
- Massage oil gently into the scalp to improve blood circulation.
- Leave oil on for at least 1 hour or overnight before washing.
